Dive Into Advanced – Acer has unveiled its latest additions to the Predator and Nitro gaming monitor lines. The new Predator models include the Predator XB273U F5 and the Predator XB273K V5.
According to a press release received on Tuesday (September 10, 2024), the Predator XB273U-F5 features a WQHD resolution and a 360Hz refresh rate. This monitor is equipped with NVIDIA’s new G-SYNC Pulsar technology, which enhances motion clarity by up to four times more effectively, offering smooth, tear-free variable refresh rates.
Supporting 90% of the DCI-P3 color gamut, HDR, and peak brightness of 550 nits, this monitor provides vivid and accurate color representation.
On the other hand, the Predator XB273K V5 boasts a 4K resolution, a 160Hz refresh rate, and support for AMD FreeSync Premium. Featuring Dynamic Frequency and Resolution (DFR), users can switch to FHD 320Hz to tailor their gaming experience according to their preferences.
The monitor’s 100,000,000:1 contrast ratio enhances the depth of blacks and the brightness of whites, ensuring that crucial details are not missed during gameplay.
With a brightness of up to 400 nits and VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification, images appear more vibrant. The new Acer monitor models utilize premium IPS panels with a wide 178-degree viewing angle.
Additionally, the monitors come equipped with two HDMI 2.1 ports and one DisplayPort 1.4. For optimal comfort, the Predator monitors offer extensive ergonomic adjustments, including tilt, swivel, pivot, and height adjustments.

In addition, Acer has introduced new Nitro gaming monitors aimed at gamers seeking high-level gameplay. Available in 27-inch and 24-inch models, these monitors all support AMD FreeSync Premium.
Designed to deliver smoother frame rates while reducing stuttering and tearing, these UltraSpeed monitors combine high-resolution panels, fast refresh rates, and quick response times.
The Nitro XV240 F6, a 24-inch model, features FHD resolution with a 600Hz refresh rate. It also comes with VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification and supports 95% of the DCI-P3 color gamut, ensuring stunning brightness and color reproduction.
The Nitro XV270 F5, a 27-inch monitor, offers an FHD IPS panel with a 520Hz refresh rate and a G-to-G response time of up to 0.5ms.
Lastly, Acer has released the CS322QK smart monitor, which is 31.5 inches in size. It features a 4K UHD IPS panel and covers 98% of the DCI-P3 color range.
Additionally, the Nitro GS272U, a 27-inch smart monitor, stands out with its WQHD resolution and 180Hz refresh rate. With WebOS support, users can use this monitor for internet browsing, work, and gaming.
