The OnePIus 13, develop in collaboration with Qualcomm, is expected to be one of the most powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite devices available. He also revealed that the OnePlus 13 will incorporate exclusive performance technology for an unparalleled gaming experience.
The Snapdragon 8 Elite, built on TSMC’s 3nm process, features a second-generation Oryon CPU with two super cores running at 4.32GHz and six performance cores. This new architecture, specifically designed for mobile devices, boasts a 45% increase in energy efficiency compared to the previous generation.
Equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition, the OnePlus 13 will support up to 24 GB of LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage up to 1 TB. This could potentially make the OnePlus 13 the first Android device in the industry to offer such a memory configuration. To maximize chipset performance, the ColorOS 15 team has introduced an advanced solution called Tidal Engine.
So far, the brand has indicated that the OnePlus 13 will be available in three colors: black, white, and blue.
