Dive Into Advanced – Infinix has launched a new smartphone and gadget insurance program in collaboration with its official after-sales service partner, Carlcare. The insurance program, named Carlcare Plus, offers additional protection for users. This insurance is valid for one year and can be obtained by Infinix users by registering their devices on the Carlcare application or official website starting from August. Sergio Ticoalu, Head of Marketing for Infinix Indonesia, stated that this initiative is part of the added value for Infinix users in Indonesia.
“As the official after-sales service provider for Infinix Indonesia, Carlcare supports us in providing peace of mind to users through excellent after-sales service. The Carlcare Plus program is an effort by Infinix to elevate customer service to the next level,” Sergio said, as quoted from a statement on Friday (August 16, 2024).
Meanwhile, Ahmad Faisal, After Sales Manager at Carlcare, revealed that the goal of launching this gadget insurance is to offer more reliable repair services for Infinix devices. “Carlcare aims to ensure that every Infinix customer enjoys peace of mind and security through additional protection and the best service,” he added.
This program provides insurance protection for Infinix products, including smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, and laptops. The insurance covers damage caused by liquids and user negligence.
To join this program, Infinix users simply need to access the Carlcare Indonesia application or website. They can then navigate to the Carlcare Plus menu and select an insurance package that suits their needs. Packages range from IDR 100,000 or IDR 55,000 (special August rate) to the most expensive at IDR 675,000, with a maximum coverage limit of IDR 7.5 million.

On the topic of Infinix gadgets, the Infinix Note 40 Pro offers various advanced features that make it an appealing choice for users who prioritize battery performance. In practice, the battery of the Infinix Note 40 Pro is notably efficient even during extensive use.
To achieve this, the Infinix Note 40 Pro utilizes fast charge 2.0 technology with their proprietary chip, the Cheetah X1. This chip is specifically design to optimize battery usage and speed up charging. With 45W fast charging support, the 5,000mAh battery can be fully charged in a short time. Interestingly, in addition to fast wired charging, the Infinix Note 40 Pro also offers 20W wireless MagCharge, similar to that of the iPhone.
The device includes a reverse charge feature, allowing it to function as a power bank for charging other devices, adding to user flexibility. For those who tend to fall asleep while charging their phones, Infinix has introduced the Smart Overnight Charge feature, which prevents the phone from overheating when charged overnight.
The Infinix Note 40 Pro’s battery also offers two usage modes: Smart Mode and Hyper Mode, with the latter extending battery life. In our experience, the battery of the Infinix Note 40 Pro can last more than a day with normal use. For example, playing PUBG Mobile for 45 minutes only decreases the battery from 68% to 60%.
